- cosmetic surgery (hair implants)
If my hairline receded so far that I couldn't look at myself in the mirror, I'd opt for #4. =)

You mean sort of like a doll..er, I mean action figure? :D
Since I'm already heading down that road, I'd opt for #3, although #4 would be pretty fun.
Maybe I'll do #4 if you do it first.
